About Amanda
Amanda Powell is an accredited Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience, specialising in women’s health, with a focus on body composition, gut health, and nervous system regulation.
As a busy mum of two, Amanda understands firsthand the juggle of trying to prioritise your own wellbeing. This lived experience shapes her approach—making health feel simple, realistic, and genuinely achievable.
Amanda’s passion for nutritional medicine is deeply personal. As a sport-obsessed teen, she under-nourished her body, which later led to burnout and ongoing health challenges. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the powerful role of nutrition in restoring balance and supporting the body. This experience inspired her to help other women who feel disconnected, depleted, or unsure where to start.
Today, Amanda is especially passionate about supporting women in finding their way back to themselves.
She works alongside her clients with empathy and understanding, empowering them with practical tools and guidance that fit into real life.
Her clients often describe her approach as realistic, supportive, and refreshingly down-to-earth. Amanda meets you where you’re at, helping you make meaningful changes without overwhelm.
Her healthy recipes, resources, and simple food strategies are a favourite among her community—turning well-intentioned advice into something that actually works for you and your family.
